The Senate Select Interim Committee on Workers' Compensation will meet on
Tuesday October 12, 2004 at 9 a.m. in E1.028.  The Committee will take up
the following:

Invited testimony on committee interim charge # 7:

Study and make recommendations relating to the pricing of workers'
compensation insurance premiums in Texas, including, but not limited to,
the impact of rating tools such as schedule rating, negotiated experience
modifiers, negotiated deductibles, and underwriting.
