INTERIM CHARGE #1
Review the roles of special purpose districts; including justification,
powers, and responsibilities, as well as relationships with local elected
governing bodies. Specifically, include an analysis of the use, benefits
and drawbacks of tax increment reinvestment zones.



The Committee will hear invited and public testimony.
