Relating to the rollback tax rate for certain taxing units.

Relating to the selection of appraisal review board members.

Relating to the use of municipal hotel tax revenue collected by
certain coastal municipalities.

HB 1025            Hupp
Relating to the authority of certain counties bordering Lake
Buchanan to impose a hotel occupancy tax.

HB 597            Noriega
Relating to the ineligibility of an individual who serves on the
board of trustees of a school district to serve on the board of
directors of the district.

HJR 14            Chavez
Proposing a constitutional amendment to authorize a local option
exemption from ad valorem taxation of property that is owned by a
licensed child-care facility and is used exclusively for providing
care for children.
