Relating to appeals to small claims courts of certain ad valorem
tax determinations.

Relating to the selection of the board of directors of an appraisal
district.

Relating to the governance of an appraisal district by the county
tax assessor-collector and to the administration of appraisal
districts and appraisal review boards.

HB 981            Solomons
Relating to appeals to small claims courts of certain
determinations of the appraised value of property for ad valorem
tax purposes.

HB 905            Mowery
Relating to the authority of a taxing unit to enter into and the
terms of ad valorem tax abatement agreements.
