Relating to a revision of the procedures for municipal annexation.

Relating to requiring certain municipalities to obtain landowner
consent before annexing property.

HB 584            Lewis
Relating to the transfer of an area from the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of one general-law municipality to that of another
general-law municipality and to the municipal annexation of the
area.

HB 662            Van Arsdale
Relating to the right of a resident of an area included in a
municipal annexation plan to vote in a municipal election.

HJR 36            Van Arsdale
Proposing a constitutional amendment to authorize the legislature
to allow, under certain circumstances, the voters residing in an
area proposed for annexation by a municipality to vote in elections
for the municipality's governing body.

HB 1197            Krusee
Relating to authorization for a development agreement between a
municipality and an owner of land in the municipality's
extraterritorial jurisdiction.
