the district attorney for the 42nd Judicial District.

HB 858            Goodman
Relating to the salaries of judges of county courts at law and
county criminal courts in Tarrant County.

HB 934            Casteel
Relating to the composition of the Comal County Juvenile Board.

HB 466            Talton
Relating to the recording of jury deliberations in civil and
criminal proceedings.

HJR 20            Howard
Proposing a constitutional amendment requiring certain complaints
and reports received by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct to
be sworn.

HB 687            Lewis
Relating to continuing education requirements for certain court
clerks.

HB 462            Gallego
Relating to the collection of a fee from certain nonresident
attorneys requesting permission to participate in proceedings in a
Texas court.


In addition to the list above, the Committee will also consider
HB 461 by Gallego.
