This will be a public hearing to take testimony from the Texas Health and
Human Services Commission regarding the CHIP program and contractors of the
program. Invited testimony will be taken.

The committee will discuss options for the handling of Special Districts.

The committee will also discuss the ongoing investigation of the Houston
Police Department Crime Lab.
