This will be a public hearing to take testimony from the office of the
Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Office of the Attorney General
concerning Special Purpose Districts. We will also take fact finding
testimony from the Commission on Human Rights, and the Texas Health and
Human Services Commission.

The committee will discuss the status of the Houston Police Department
Crime Lab investigation.
