stationary source assistance program as the small business
compliance assistance program.

HB 555            Chisum
Relating to notice requirements for certain portable facilities
under the Clean Air Act.

HB 1365            Bonnen
Relating to the Texas emissions reduction plan.

HB 1374            Madden
Relating to safety and emissions inspections of motor vehicles.


Although written testimony will not be considered as part of the record,
persons wishing to distribute handouts may do so by providing no fewer
than 15 copies to the Committee Clerk when called to testify.
