The final House Committee on County Affairs interim hearing will be held in
Baytown, TX on Thursday, September 23. 2004.  The committee will take
testimony on the following charges:

6. Review the amount of taxes collected and services delivered in
incorporated areas versus unincorporated areas of counties.

7. Monitor the agencies and programs under the committee's jurisdiction.
