This hearing is for the joint interim study with the Appropriations
Committee on the effectiveness, efficiency and funding mechanisms of the
community supervision and parole supervision systems.

The committee will hear invited testimony from:

Bryan Collier, Director, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole
Division
Rissie Owens, Chair, Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles
Dee Kifowit, Director, Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical
or Mental Impairments

The committee will also hear public testimony.
