Relating to the irrigation of agricultural land on prison property.

HB 679            Talton
Relating to requiring the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to
inform certain inmates of their right to request to undergo an
orchiectomy.

HB 2090            Riddle
Relating to showing the cause of death on the death certificate of
an inmate of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice who is
lawfully executed.

HB 2929            Lewis
Relating to the assessment of the mental health of certain newly
confined or imprisoned persons.

HB 3517            Gallego
Relating to exclusion of jails or correctional facilities housing
only federal prisoners.

HB 2669            Allen
Relating to mandatory controlled substance testing for certain
persons who are arrested or have been confined for the commission
of a criminal offense.

The Committee will also hear pending bill(s) relating to privatization.

The Committee will hear public testimony.
