Relating to the revocation process for releasees who violate
conditions of release on parole or mandatory supervision.

HB 1668            Allen
Relating to the eligibility of certain inmates for release to
mandatory supervision.

HB 1715            Hodge
Relating to the operations of the Board of Pardons and Paroles and
the pardons and paroles division of the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice and to the supervision of persons released on
parole or mandatory supervision.

HB 2928            Lewis
Relating to the composition and operations of parole panels.

HB 2896            Allen
Relating to the operation of the Board of Pardons and Paroles.

HB 2895            Allen
Relating to the operations of the Texas Youth Commission.

HB 2892            Allen
Relating to a person knowingly bartering or expending funds derived
from the commission of an offense, providing penalties.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
