Relating to early release from community supervision.

HB 2287            Alonzo
Relating to community supervision granted to certain defendants
using or exhibiting a deadly weapon in connection with a criminal
offense.

HB 1482            Allen
Relating to the authority of a judge to reduce or terminate the
community supervision of a defendant convicted of an offense
punishable as a state jail felony.

HB 1514            Allen
Relating to the imposition of sanctions on defendants who violate
conditions of community supervision.

HB 2668            Allen / et al.
Relating to corrections programs established for the punishment and
supervision of persons convicted of offenses under the Texas
Controlled Substance Act involving small amounts of controlled
substances; providing penalties.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
