The Committee will hear testimony from the Texas Department of Criminal
Justice, the Criminal Justice Policy Council, the Texas Board of Pardons
and Paroles, the Texas Youth Commission, and the Texas Juvenile Probation
Commission regarding the state of the criminal justice system in light of
our current budget situation.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
