         on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Talton, at 10:19 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Bailey; Edwards; Wong (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 1:52 p.m., on the motion of Representative Van Arsdale and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call
