         Upon final adjourn./recess

         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 20,  
         2003, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Krusee, at 6:34 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Krusee; Phillips; Hamric; Garza; Hill  
                   (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Edwards; Harper-Brown; Laney; Mercer  
                   (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair moved that the committee approve correction of the  
         minutes dated March 4, 2003.  The motion carried without  
         objection. 
          
         At 6:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
