         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on July 25,  
         2003, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Edwards, at 4:00 p.m.

         to place the following measures on the Congratulatory and  
         Memorial Resolutions Calendar for Monday, July 28, 2003:  HCR15,  
         HCR16, HCR75, HCR119, HR85, HR87, HR88, HR89, HR90, HR91, HR110,  
         HR111, HR112, HR113, HR116, HR117, HR118, HR123, HR124, HR125,  
         HR126, HR127.  
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:               Representatives Edwards; Bohac; Casteel;  
                             Cook, Byron; Eissler; Hughes; Keffer, Bill;  
                             Quintanilla; Zedler (9).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

         Representative Casteel, seconded by Representative Hughes moved  
         to place all resolutions to referred to the committee today be  
         placed on the Congratulatory and Memorial Resolutions Calendar  
         for Monday, July 28, 2003.
