         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 12, 2004, the House  
         Committee on Regulated Industries met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative King, at 8:15  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives King; Hunter; Baxter; Crabb; Guillen  
                   (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Turner; Wolens (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 10:57 a.m., on the motion of Representative Hunter and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
