         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on September  
         15, 2003, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative King, at 1:18 p.m.

         A quorum was present.

         The chair closed on the measure.  
          
         Representative Hunter moved that HB 35, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:
