         Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 25,  
         2003, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative King, at 11:08 p.m.

         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out SB 732. 
          
         Representative Hunter moved that SB 732, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

         Nays:               None (0).

         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the
