         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 7,  
         2003, the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative King, at 2:46 p.m.

         The chair laid out HB 2352 as pending business.  
          
         Representative Baxter offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Hunter moved that HB 2352, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                             Guillen (5).
