         Pursuant to a notice posted on October 29, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Public School-S/C on Incentives & Account. met in a  
         work session and was called to order by the acting chair,  
         Representative Hamric at 9:15 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Griggs; Hamric; Villarreal (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Krusee; Branch (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The Subcommittee discussed the draft report. 
          
         At 10:06 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
