         Committee on Public School-S/C on Facilities,  met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Hill, at 9:03 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Hill; Bonnen; Griggs; Swinford (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Chavez; Hope; Oliveira (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 11:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 2:00 p.m., September 22, 2003. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 2:46 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Hill. The roll was answered as  
         follows:

                   (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Oliveira; Swinford (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
