         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 6, 2004, the House Committee  
         on Public Health, Subcommittee on Interim Charge #3 Corneal  
         Tissue, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Dawson, at 10:00 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Dawson; Coleman; Taylor (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The committee heard testimony on the corneal tissue consent  
         issue portion of Interim Charge #3 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:31 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
