         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 7, 2004, the House Committee  
         on Pensions & Investments, Subcommittee on Actuarial Standing  
         and Investments, met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Rose, at 2:06 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Rose; McClendon; Ritter (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Grusendorf; Martinez Fischer; Pena,  
                   Telford (4). 
          
         A quorum was not present. 
          
         The Chairman stated that the public hearing would be for  
         informational purposes only. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:02 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
