         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21,  
         2003, and suspension of the five-day posting rule,  the House  
         Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a formal meeting and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at  
         12:30 p.m.
