Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2003, the House
Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:27
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Telford; McClendon; Pena (3).
A quorum was present.
Representative Rose moved that the March 31, 2003 minutes for
the House Committee on Pensions & Investments be corrected. The
corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
