CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 14, 2003, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on Pensions & Investments held on March 31,
2003. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 2003, the House
Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:15
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Ritter; Telford; Grusendorf; Pena (4).
Absent: Representatives McClendon; Martinez Fischer; Rose (3).
A quorum was present.

measure.
