Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21,
2003, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Uresti, at 6:25 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 60 as pending business.
The chair recognized Representative Uresti to explain the
measure.
Representative Wohlgemuth offered a complete committee
substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Wohlgemuth moved that SB 60, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
