CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 7, 2003, the House Committee on Human Services
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on Human Services held on March 10, 2003. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2003, the House
Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Uresti, at 3:35
p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Uresti; Naishtat; McCall; Miller;
Reyna (5).
Absent: Representatives Wohlgemuth; Christian; Olivo;
Villarreal (4).
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the March 3, 2003, minutes for the House
Committee on Human Services be corrected. The corrected minutes
were authorized without objection.
Testimony was taken from the Texas State Board of Social
Workers. (See attached witness list.)
