         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Uresti, at 5:05  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Miller; Olivo; Reyna; Villarreal (8). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Wohlgemuth (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
                                                  
         Testimony was taken on the Health and Human Services Commission.

         At 6:55 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
