         Committee on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations,  
         Subcommittee on Port Security, met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Seaman, at 2:04  
         p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representative Seaman (1). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Delisi; Noriega (2). 
          
         Representative Corte and Representative Berman, members of the  
         full Committee on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations,  
         were both present for the hearing. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 5:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
