         Subcommittee on Port Security, met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Seaman, at 10:04  
         a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Seaman; Delisi; Noriega (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Representative Scott Campbell and Representative Vilma Luna,  
         neither of whom are members of the Subcommittee, were also  
         present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 2:31 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
