         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2003, the House Committee  
         on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations met in a work  
         session/Committee Party. 
          
         The following members were present: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Corte; Campbell; Delisi; Merritt;  
                   Noriega; Seaman (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Berman; Mabry; Moreno, Paul (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         This was a committee Dinner at which no formal committee  
         business was discussed. 
          
         The dinner ended and members of the committee left at 7:30 p.m.
