         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2003, the House Committee  
         on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Corte, at 2:02 p.m.

         Representative Delisi moved that SB 1295, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
