         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2003, the House  
         Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Hamric, at  
         11:18 a.m.

         The chair recognized Representative Taylor to explain the  
         changes to the Policies and Procedures Manual of the House as  
         approved by the Subcommittee on Policies and Procedures.  
           
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

         At 11:30 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
