         Committee on Ethics, Select met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Wolens, at 3:07  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 795, HB 1606 as pending business.

         The bills were left pending without objection.
