                                 CORRECTED MINUTES 
                                           
         On April 22, 2003, the House Committee on Environmental  
         Regulation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held  
         on March 31, 2003. The following are the corrected minutes for  
         that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 28,  
         2003, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Bonnen, at 8:36 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Bonnen; Kuempel; Crownover; Chisum;  
                   West, George "Buddy" (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Flores; Smith, Wayne (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 1567 
          
         The chair laid out HB 1567 as pending business.  
          
         Representative West, George "Buddy" offered a complete committee  
         substitute.  
          
         (Representative Smith, Wayne now present.) 
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Crownover moved that HB1567, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:               Representatives Bonnen; Kuempel; Crownover;  
                             Chisum; Smith, Wayne; West, George "Buddy"  
                             (6).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).  
           
         Absent:        Representative Flores  (1).  
           
         At 9:03 a.m., on the motion of Representative Crownover and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
