Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and a
suspension of all necessary rules to allow the committee to meet
while the house is in session on May 8, 2003, the House
Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Keel, at 5:34
p.m.
