Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 28,
2003, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Keel, at 5:15 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Riddle moved that HB 1592, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
