         Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Statute of  
         Limitations, met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Talton, at 9:11 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Talton; Riddle (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Dunnam (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 182. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Callegari to explain the  
         measure.  
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Callegari to close on the  
         measure.  
          
         The Subcommittee reported the bill, without objection, to the  
         full committee without amendments. 
          
         At 9:25 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
