CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 23, 2003, the House Committee on County Affairs
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on County Affairs held on April 9, 2003. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2003, the House
Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 8:04 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Lewis; Chisum; Farabee; Flynn; Olivo;
Quintanilla (6).
Absent: Representatives Smith, Wayne; Casteel; Farrar (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 722 was
reported by the committee. The motion prevailed.
