         Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Lewis, at 8:05 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Farrar; Flynn; Olivo (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Chisum; Quintanilla (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 8:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
