         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Haggerty, at 10:02 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representative Haggerty (1). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Farrar; Hopson (2). 
          
         A quorum was not present.

         At 11:25 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
