         Committee on Corrections, Subcommittee on The Council on Sex  
         Offender Treatment, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Allen, at 10:04 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Allen; Hopson (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Alonzo; Haggerty; Mabry; Stick (4). 
          
         A quorum was not present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:04 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
