         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Allen, at 10:06 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Allen; Stick (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Alonzo; Haggerty; Hopson (3). 
          
         A quorum was not present.

         At 11:09 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
