         Pursuant to a notice posted on June 10, 2004, the House  
         Committee on Redistricting met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Crabb, at 9:17 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Crabb; Grusendorf; Isett; King;  
                   Morrison (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Villarreal; Flores; Luna; Marchant;  
                   Pitts; Raymond; Talton; Wilson; Krusee; McClendon  
                   (10).

         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 11:34 a.m., on the motion of Representative Morrison and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
