         Pursuant to a notice posted on June 20, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Congressional  
         Redistricting Three, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Crabb, at 10:05 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Crabb; Krusee (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Flores; Pitts; Villarreal (3). 
          
         A quorum was not present. 
          
         Testimony was taken on the subject of congressional  
         redistricting.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         Multiple attempts to take witness testimony were disrupted by  
         the crowd. 
          
         At 8:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
