         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 31, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 11:00  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Giddings; Elkins; Zedler (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Kolkhorst; Bohac; Martinez Fischer;  
                   Moreno, Joe E.; Oliveira; Solomons (6). 
          
         Testimony was taken on TWCC progress with the implementation of  
         HB 2600.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:42 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
